Important: A modem alone doesn’t provide WiFi. To enable wireless connectivity, you’ll need to connect a WiFi router to your modem.

Important: Please enter the account holder's name exactly as it appears on your most recent Rogers bill.

Important: Do not cancel your Rogers service before the transfer is complete. It will be automatically canceled once the transfer is successfully completed.

Important: After your new service is up and running, don’t forget to contact your current provider to cancel your existing service.

To complete the initial payment and set up your account, a credit card is required. Debit cards (including Visa Debit) and prepaid cards are not accepted for the initial payment. Once your account is setup, you can request to use debit cards or pre-authorized bank withdrawals for future payments.
